Biography
Dr. Soliman is a Professor of Materials Science and Engineering in Mechanical Engineering Dept., King Saud University (KSU), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He obtained his Ph.D. 1984 from University of California, Irvine and Joined KSU at the same year. He promoted to full professor in 1995.
Research Interest
His areas of research interest include microstructure – processing – mechanical property relationships in alloys and composites materials; severe plastic deformation (SPD) processing of metals and alloys (ECAP); friction stir processing and welding (FSP/W); superplasticity; creep and high-temperature deformation; materials and environment.
